Part-Time Receptionist / Office Administrator

LOCATION: Pelham, NH

SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 2:00 PM

PAY RATE: $18/hourly

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and personable Part-Time Receptionist/Office Administrator to serve as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors. This role plays a vital part in maintaining a welcoming front office environment and supporting daily administrative operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Greet and assist students, parents, faculty, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls; take messages and relay information accurately
  • Maintain front desk and office area appearance and organization
  • Process student attendance records, early dismissals, and late arrivals
  • Provide general clerical support, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and mailing
  • Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing documents for school events and communications
  • Distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate staff

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable with school information systems
  • Ability to pass a background check is required
